The best way to learn about SuperAdobe is to experience it in real life!
ATTEND AN OPEN HOUSE
Held the first Saturday of every month (except August and in cases of snow/fire that shut down the Cajon Pass section of the 15 freeway). Cal-Earth has held these open houses now for over a decade, and every year more people come to experience it for themselves, and to teach their children how to build a sustainable future. Cal-Earth associates and apprentices give tours and answer questions throughout the day. Most buildings are wheelchair accessible. Please no pets.

10:30pm: Free Site Tour
11:30pm: Lecture given by Dastan Khalili & Sheefteh Khalili along with guest speakers

3:00pm: Site Closes
Tours are available by appointment only and are available Monday-Friday at 1pm. Tours can also be scheduled throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. Please contact us for special arrangements.

Field trips can be arranged for classes or groups of students. The children will learn about living in harmony with the environment and how to build homes and emergency shelters with arches, domes, and vaults using the earth under their feet. School groups and other institutions can register for a tour, morning, or day-long workshop.
Schools may also undertake projects in the classroom or school site using Cal-Earth’s educational tools—books, DVDs, and building kits. Visit the Field Trips Page for additional information and application form.
